Also responsible for Cutover for the big bank to go live with the new solutions. Solutions delivered mainly by suppliers in SaaS or cloud installed deliveries mixed with house systems.
• Testing Manager (SEB, 2024-01 - 2025-10): Led End-to-End testing for a major system replacement project, defining testing structure, processes, procedures, and managing resources and business owner requirements.
• Performance and Non-Functional Manager (SEB, 2021-09 - 2026-03): Directed all Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and performance testing activities for strategic roadmap deliveries. Analyzed performance gaps, prioritized fixes, and successfully drove required changes to meet stringent performance requirements for new solutions.
• Acting Head of IT (Cparta Cyber Defense AB, 2020-09 - 2024-03): Built the internal IT organization and infrastructure solutions from the ground up for cyber security services; managed a key client relationship.

• Managed strategic IT operations for three SEB Baltic banks, leading an organization of approximately 360 staff.
• Executed a critical strategic agenda to transform three separate IT entities into a single, lean Baltic common organization, successfully managing large-scale organizational change and stakeholder relations with local boards and the Group Executive Committee.
• Oversaw overall IT management for SEB in Lithuania, encompassing daily to strategic deliveries from IT Development and IT Operations.

• Oversaw all IT and Operations (Back office) across three SEB Baltic banks, leading a combined staff of about 660 people.
• Spearheaded the strategic mandate to unify three distinct IT and Operations units into a future-focused, common Baltic organization.
